Part I

Applying Fundamentals of Testing, Test Levels, Test Types

  • Apply general software testing principles and fundamental test processes.
  • Implement test levels and types to various software development models.
  • Conduct static techniques using proper roles, responsibilities, and tools.
  • Perform specification- and structure-based test design techniques.
  • Manage tests including planning, estimating, monitoring, and controlling.

Part II

Practical Hands-On Testing With Templates & Exposure To Testing Tools

This is the practical, “Hands-On” aspect of Part I students are taken through experiential learning by creating all of the major artefacts mentioned in the ISTQB Foundation Level course

You will learn testing skills such as how to:

  • Review Business Requirements Documents.
  • Create Requirement Traceability Matrix.
  • Create Test Plans and Test Cases.
  • Get exposure to Test Automation Tools such as HP ALM, Inflectra SpiraTest.
  • Create Test Cases and defects within Test Management Tools.
